Fixed Design: Upon completion, the website and design structure provided by Spot On Digital are considered final. Any additional changes requested will incur a fee of $150 per hour. Content exceeding the standard ‘Home Page,’ ‘About Page,’ ‘Services Page,’ and ‘Contact Page,’ such as ‘Previous Work,’ ‘Our Team,’ ‘Portfolio,’ ‘Bookings,’ ‘Shop,’ etc., will result in an extra page fee of $150 per page.

Content Approval: Please ensure that all content is approved before submission.

Hosting: To be provided by client. Client Permission: The client agrees to provide necessary access, including usernames, passwords, and permissions, for existing or future domain registrations, hosting accounts, and affiliated service providers as required.

Content (Text & Images): Spot On Digital is not responsible for generating text copy unless otherwise stated. Any logos, text, or imagery provided by the client for use in a website designed by Spot On Digital must have legal clearance.

Concept: Spot On Digital will deliver one original concept within 24 hours, based on the client’s description and selected colour scheme. If the initial concept does not meet your requirements, one round of additional concepts will be provided at no extra cost. The client is responsible for providing clear content, including brand name, imagery, concept, and personal details. Legal clearances for the content are also the client’s responsibility.

Ownership: Once approved, the client owns all rights to their website.
